2011 Liliw Tsinelas Festival

Tuesday, April 26, 2011 will start the yearly Tsinelas Festival. Parade will start at 2 pm in the afternoon. The festival will run until Sunday May 1, 2011. ABS-CBN morning program Umagang Kay Ganda will feature Opening of Tsinelas Festival tomorrow morning
